llo, my name is Oscar. I am eleven years old.
I come from Spain and I live in Eslava. My birthday is on October 10th.
I have got one sister. Her name is Naiara and she is 7 years old. She studies in Colegio Publico Luis Gil.
My father is Jesus Angel and he is 40 years old and my mother is Maria Jose and she is 38 years old.
My father is a farmer and he has two tractors and many fields. My family's favourite team is Barca.
I go on holidays to Marina Dor.
In my free time I play a football with my friends in the park.
My favourite subjects are Language, English and P.E. My favourite sport is football. I don't play any musical instruments.
My favourite food is pizza.
My favorite TV channel is Disney Channel and my favourite TV programme is Los Magos de Waverly Place. I like listening to music in my free time. I love my friends Ferin Mateo, Diego, Erik, Jesus and Andres. My favourite day is Saturday.
And my favourite month is March and my second favourite month is December.

How to make 'PIZZA'

Ingredients:

1 envelope active dry yeast
1 cup warm water
1/2 tsp sugar
3½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
20g shen qu
10g sha ren
10 g chicken internal organs
10g Lotus Seeds
20g Haw
40g sugar
135g flour
100g Chicken Breast
1 Green and Red capsicum, sliced
Any amount Button mushrooms
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup Small prawns
¼ cup Wolfberry seed
4-5 pieces Walnut (finely chopped)

Directions:

Put warm water in a cup; sprinkle yeast over water and stir in sugar. Let yeast stand for about 10 minutes, or until it begins to bubble.
Sift flour and salt into a large bowl; pour in yeast mixture and beat until stiff dough is formed.
Grind the Chinese herbs into smaller pieces.
Blend the herbs in a blender until it becomes powder form.
Mix with sugar, flour and stir evenly
Add adequate amount of water and stir until it forms a paste.
Spread a layer of herb paste evenly on the base of the pizza leaving 1 inch round the border. Alternative: 2 cups Tomato sauce 1/2 cup Tomato cubes 1/2 teaspoon Basil leaves 1/2 teaspoon Oregano Directions: combine the ingredients and simmer until it boils for about 10 minutes. 1. Preheat the oven to 280°C. 2. After spreading the sauce on the base of the pizza, spread the Toppings on top evenly. 3. Bake the pizza for about 10 to 15 minutes
